Berryessa Estates Real Estate Information

Berryessa Estates is Napa County's most northern community. Located on an inlet of Lake Berryessa and along Putah Creek, its remote location is scenic and quiet. If you like country living and peaceful settings, you'll like Berryessa Estates, with it's modern housing at affordable prices. But don't get the idea that you'll be living in primitive conditions. Well maintained country roads lead to the community. Water and electricity and all modern facilities are available. And your neighbors are right there for summer barbecues. Plenty of kids for your kids to play with, too.

Services and Shopping Unfortunately, one of the costs of wonderful country living is that you must plan on driving to reach the services that are at hand in city living. Berryessa Estates does have one small store--Stagecoach Canyon Store--but otherwise plan on driving to Middletown, Angwin, Pope Valley, St. Helena, or Napa for major shopping malls, department stores and supermarkets. Pope Valley has a small market and service station.

Entertainment Hiking and Lake access are at you door. For television plan on installing a dish. For dining, movies, or other activities plan on driving to other localities.
